TERMS & CONDITIONS - CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Please read the Returns Policy below before returning a product to Sensei & Co.

We allow you up to 30 days after placing your order to return your item!

Before you start a return, you will need your order number which can be found on your order confirmation email.

Simply email us senseiandco@gmail.com with subject RETURNS and your order number.

  • Please note that unless otherwise stated, you will be responsible to pay for the return postage back to us.
  • Clearance items purchased during a sale cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • For change of size/item please email us senseiandco@gmail.com and we will do the best we can to assist you.
  • Generally we do not offer refunds, only exchanges or we will replace a faulty item.
  • All products returned need to be in original condition, unwashed, unworn with tags still attached
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box, then placed in a shipping parcel bag to protect the box. The return label is not to be attached directly to the shoe box.
  • For health & hygiene reasons, products such as socks, jocks, face masks and drink bottles are not able to be returned.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded for cash.
